Adelaide light rail extension

Adelaide's light rail network has recently been extended as far as the Adelaide Entertainment Centre and there are plans for further extensions. There are about 800 car parking spots at the Entertainment Centre  which are usually unused during the day. For $2, one can park all day at the Entertainment Centre and catch a tram to the CBD (and back). How good is that.
