In December 2009, the ACT Government, through the Department of the Environment, Climate Change, Energy and Water, released the draft Sustainable Energy Policy 2010–2020. Submissions are on due March 2010.

That's understandable that cash can make us autonomous. But how to act if one does not have money? The only one way is to get the personal loans and credit loan.
