I'm experimenting with having task lists - to do lists.

For the web site, this is things that need to/should be done to make it better.

For projects, this is things like the festival where there are things to be done, and people who say they will do them.

There are currently two systems available, "Issues" and "Support Tickets".  I think the former is slightly better, but please test and experiment with both and tell me what you think!
